We will meet weekly for 50 minutes, either in person or using an online platform. It is important to find a regular time which works for you, to give you the best support. Looking more deeply at aspects of your life can at times feel difficult, but that is why we meet weekly, so that you know there is continuity around managing the emotions. Therapy is not an advice session, nor is it the same as meeting a friend for a cup of tea, but we will work together to find how best to collaborate.
In some situations, I am happy to offer one-off or ad-hoc sessions at a different fee.
